Early Life, Education, and Career
Born on April 21, 1992, Saagar has revealed that he comes from an immigrant Indian family and was raised in College Station, Texas. After coming to age, he enrolled at the American School of Doha where he completed his high school education. Thereafter in 2010, he joined The George Washington University where he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Political Science. He graduated in 2014 having been a member of Kappa Sigma.
In 2015, he joined Reichman University where he served as the Executive Certificate in Counter Terrorism Studies. From 2015 to 2018, he studied a Georgetown University where he earned his Master’s degree in Security Studies with a concentration in US National Security Policy.
Career
Enjeti started his career serving as a media fellow for the Hudson Institute where he specialized in government and politics, international relations, and Technology & Applied Sciences. Thereafter, he took up a role as the co-host of The Realignment with Marshall Kosloff.
From May 2016 to April 2019, Saagar worked as both a Pentagon and Foreign Affairs Correspondent and a White House Correspondent. Thereafter in May 2019, he joined The Hill as the host of Rising alongside Krystal Ball. However, Enjeti left Risin and started his own show called Breaking Points alongside Krystal Ball.
Personal Life
Saagar Enjeti is married to his beautiful wife, Jill McGrath, who celebrates her birthday on June 28 every year. The lovely couple got engaged on February 19, 2023, and are currently in the process of planning their soon-coming wedding. He comes from a family of well-educated individuals as both his father, Prasad Enjeti, and mother, Radhika Viruru are professors at Texas A&M University.
